1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the public website, online resources, or other public-facing features operated by Low Country Cyber Solutions, LLC ("LCCS"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use of the LCCS website and its public features.

These Terms apply only to use of the public LCCS website and website-enabled features. They do not replace, modify, or supersede any separately executed agreement between you and LCCS for cybersecurity services, managed services, assessments, engineering work, or other professional engagements.

2. ABOUT LOW COUNTRY CYBER SOLUTIONS

Low Country Cyber Solutions, LLC is a Savannah, Georgia cybersecurity company providing appropriately scoped cybersecurity engineering, managed security, assessments, automation, training, consulting, and related support.

4. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the LCCS website or its public features for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

    - engaging in unlawful or fraudulent activity
    - impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
    - submitting intentionally false, misleading, or deceptive information
    - distributing malware, malicious code, or harmful content
    - interfering with or attempting to disrupt website availability or normal operation
    - attempting to bypass or defeat access controls, authentication, or security measures
    - conducting credential stuffing, password spraying, or other credential attacks
    - performing unauthorized scraping, automated data collection, or excessive automated requests
    - attempting to compromise or gain unauthorized access to systems operated by Wix, LCCS, LCCS customers, or other third parties
    - using website functionality to facilitate or coordinate attacks against another organization

5. SECURITY TESTING & UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS

The public accessibility of any LCCS website, endpoint, application, hostname, IP address, form, member feature, or other system does not constitute authorization to perform security testing of any kind.

Without explicit written authorization from LCCS or the applicable system owner, you are not permitted to conduct vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, exploitation, credential testing, denial-of-service testing, or any other form of security testing against LCCS systems or infrastructure.

If you believe you have identified a potential vulnerability or security issue related to an LCCS system, you should report it through an appropriate LCCS contact channel rather than attempting to exploit it. These Terms do not create or imply a bug bounty, safe-harbor program, or any obligation by LCCS to reward or publicly acknowledge security reports.

6. WEBSITE FORMS & SENSITIVE INFORMATION

DO NOT SUBMIT SENSITIVE SECURITY INFORMATION

Public website forms are intended for ordinary business communication. Do not use public forms on the LCCS website to submit sensitive security or regulated information.

Do not submit passwords, authentication secrets, security keys, Protected Health Information (PHI), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), malware samples, incident evidence, internal network diagrams, detailed vulnerability data, or other sensitive security information through public website forms. If LCCS needs sensitive material for an engagement, an approved method for secure exchange will be established separately.

7. TRAINING & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

LCCS may provide free or paid online programs, cybersecurity awareness training, guides, articles, videos, downloadable resources, exercises, and other educational content through its website or related platforms.

Training and educational materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Completion of an LCCS course or program does not, by itself, constitute an industry certification, professional license, security clearance, compliance certification, or guarantee of cybersecurity competency unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Training and educational content cannot guarantee prevention of phishing, malware, account compromise, data loss, or other security incidents. Effective cybersecurity depends on many factors, including user behavior, system configuration, monitoring, and organizational processes.

8. DEMONSTRATIONS

LCCS may offer demonstrations of cybersecurity tools, workflows, or concepts using synthetic, simulated, sanitized, controlled, or purpose-built environments.

Demonstrations are illustrative in nature. A demonstration does not constitute a promise that:
- identical tooling will be deployed for every customer
- every demonstrated feature is included in every service or engagement
- identical results will occur in a customer environment
- a specific architecture, vendor, or technology stack will be used in every case

The actual scope of work, technologies used, and deliverables for any professional engagement are governed by the applicable written agreement between LCCS and the relevant customer or partner.

9. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP FROM WEBSITE USE

Visiting the LCCS website, submitting a form, joining the mailing list, scheduling or attending a demonstration, joining the Talent Network, creating a member account, or completing training does not by itself create a customer, consultant, fiduciary, employee, subcontractor, teaming, attorney-client, or other professional relationship with LCCS.

A professional engagement with LCCS begins only through an appropriate written agreement or other documented authorization that defines the scope of services, responsibilities, and applicable terms.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Original materials created by or for LCCS—including site copy, branding, original graphics, training materials, reports, documentation, videos, templates, and original educational content—are protected by applicable intellectual-property and other laws.

You may view and, where applicable, download public website content for your own legitimate personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, resell, or create derivative works from LCCS proprietary materials without prior written permission from LCCS, except as permitted by applicable law (such as fair use).

LCCS does not claim ownership of third-party products, open-source software, frameworks, standards, trademarks, screenshots, or licensed media referenced on the website. Third-party intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners.

11. THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY & OPEN SOURCE

LCCS may reference or work with open-source software, commercial security products, cloud platforms, standards, frameworks, and technologies developed by third parties.

References on the LCCS website to a third-party product, company, technology, government agency, standard, or open-source project do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, certification, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated. Any third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

12. WEBSITE CONTENT & SECURITY INFORMATION

Insights articles, technical guidance, examples, training content, security recommendations, configuration discussions, and vulnerability information provided on the LCCS website are general informational materials unless provided under a separately scoped professional engagement.

Cybersecurity recommendations depend heavily on environment, architecture, threat model, business requirements, applicable law, and operational constraints. Website content should not be treated as a substitute for an assessment of a specific environment or as individualized professional advice.

13. NO CYBERSECURITY GUARANTEE

CYBERSECURITY INVOLVES RISK

No cybersecurity product, service, architecture, assessment, configuration, control, training program, or monitoring system can guarantee that an organization will never experience a security incident.

Within the scope of a given engagement, LCCS focuses on improving visibility, controls, detection, response, documentation, and security decision-making. However, residual risk will always remain, and no approach can eliminate all cyber threats or incidents.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

The LCCS website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, platforms, or content.

LCCS does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, terms, security, or privacy practices of third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party resources is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties, and you should review their applicable terms and privacy notices.

15. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

LCCS may modify website content, change features, update training materials, suspend functionality, perform maintenance, or remove outdated content from time to time.

While LCCS aims to maintain a useful and secure website, it does not guarantee that the public website will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security events. This section concerns the public website only and does not describe or modify any contractual uptime or service-level commitments that may apply to separately contracted services.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public LCCS website and its general informational content are provided on an "as available" basis without express warranties of any kind.

LCCS does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, free of vulnerabilities, or suitable for every particular purpose. Nothing in this section is intended to disclaim obligations that arise under a separately executed professional-services agreement between you and LCCS.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LCCS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from your use of, or inability to use, the public website or general website content, even if LCCS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This website-specific limitation of liability does not modify or replace any liability provisions contained in an applicable signed agreement between LCCS and a customer, partner, subcontractor, or other party.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses, liabilities, or claims incurred by LCCS that result from your unlawful misuse of the website, your intentional violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights in connection with your website use.

This section is not intended to create an excessively broad indemnification obligation for ordinary, good-faith use of the public website.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

LCCS may update these Terms from time to time as its website, offerings, technology, or legal requirements evolve.

When material changes are made, LCCS will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. GENERAL LEGAL TERMS

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

A failure by LCCS to enforce a provision of these Terms does not automatically waive that provision or any other provision.

21. QUESTIONS ABOUT THESE TERMS

Questions regarding these Terms & Conditions may be directed to Low Country Cyber Solutions using the verified contact information provided on this website.

These Terms govern the LCCS public website and general website features. Separately executed agreements govern professional cybersecurity services and contractual engagements.
