Designs end-to-end architectures: network segmentation, identity and access strategy, endpoint telemetry, centralized logging, and actionable alerting. • Aligns security with the business: discovery workshops, process mapping, and risk assessments tied to NIST CSF and CIS Controls; delivers prioritized remediation roadmaps. • Builds SOC-lite operating motion: triage playbooks, escalation paths, executive reporting, and metrics that show risk reduced and outcomes achieved. • Establishes hardening baselines, secure configurations, backup/BCP plans, and continuous vulnerability and patch management. • Prototypes and validates changes in a lab environment to de-risk production rollouts; conducts incident triage and root-cause analysis when needed.
