Healthcare Cybersecurity Market Development Intern

Healthcare cybersecurity requires more than understanding technology. It requires understanding how healthcare organizations actually work.

Low Country Cyber Solutions is looking for someone with experience or education in healthcare informatics, health IT, healthcare administration, compliance, clinical operations, public health, or a related field who wants to develop cybersecurity knowledge while helping us better understand the healthcare market.

This is a hands-on opportunity to bridge healthcare operations and cybersecurity. Prior professional cybersecurity experience is not required.

Research healthcare cybersecurity trends and customer needs
Help translate healthcare domain knowledge into practical cybersecurity insights

Assist with healthcare cybersecurity positioning and service-development research

Help map common healthcare workflows and technology dependencies

Support development of healthcare-focused discovery questions

Research common operational and security pain points

Help build healthcare-specific educational and market-development materials

Support customer and buyer research

Who This Is For

This program is designed for students or early-career professionals with backgrounds in healthcare administration, informatics, public health, or clinical support who are interested in the junction of healthcare operations and cybersecurity.

Internship Structure

This is a part-time, remote-friendly internship with project-based milestones. While we are based in Savannah, the work can be performed flexibly.

Total commitment is roughly 10-15 hours per week over a 12-week period, though hours and duration can be adjusted for the right projects and candidate. 

Compensation: This is an unpaid educational internship. There is no expectation or promise of compensation, employment, contract work, or a future paid position.

 

Academic-credit documentation can be supported where applicable.
